基于医院实践的中药临床药师培训工作探讨

Discussion on Training of Clinical Pharmacists of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Hospital Practice

2016年中华中医药学会启动了中药临床药师培训工作,本院作为培训基地,通过三年培训实践,建立了培训大纲,规范了培训工作内容,并且建树了基地的培训特色。对于中药临床培训,需要关注临床上中药西药相互作用、中药的不良反应等,重点强调中药临床思维的培养。另外,需要关注中药临床药学培训是一个持续性学习过程,应该重点培训学员在临床上发现问题与解决问题的能力。本文为中药临床药师培训工作提供参考。

In 2016,the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine launched the training of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).As a training base,our hospital established the training program,standardized the training content and developed the training characteristics of the base through three years of training practice.For the clinical training of TCM,we need to pay attention to the interaction between TCM and Western medicine,the clinical adverse reactions of TCM.The cultivation of clinical thinking of TCM needs to be emphasized.It is also necessary to understand the continuous learning process of TCM clinical pharmacy training,in which the focus is the ability of students to find and solve problems in clinical practice.Our practice provides a reference for improving the training work in future.
