新型职业农民培育环境的优化策略探析

新型职业农民作为乡村振兴的主力军,在推进农业现代化中发挥着关键作用。为了更好地培育“爱农业、懂技术、善经营”的新型职业农民,优化新型职业农民培育环境是亟需加强关注的一个重要方面。当前,培育环境在“教育培训、认定管理、政策扶持”三个层面存在着培育内容不全面、师资队伍不健全、培育方式低效率、认定制度不完善、监督体系不健全等问题。为此,应从三个层面着手,切实实现新型职业农民培育环境的优化。

As the main force of rural revitalization,new professional farmers play a key role in promoting agricultural modernization.In order to better cultivate new professional farmers who"love agriculture,understand technology and are good at management",optimizing the cultivation environment for new professional farmers is an important aspect that needs to be paid more attention.At present,the cultivation environment has some problems in the three levels of"education and training,accreditation management and policy support",such as incomplete cultivation content,imperfect teaching staff,inefficient cultivation methods,imperfect accreditation system and imperfect supervision system.Therefore,we should start from three levels to realize the optimization of the cultivation environment for new professional farmers.
