摘要 当前,职业院校学生创新意识整体不强,创新能力薄弱,学校创新型人才培养的规模和质量与企业升级立足市场竞争的需求相距甚远。突破职业院校创新型人才定位模糊、评价标准千差万别的现实困境,就要构建职业院校创新型人才评价机制,转变人才培养理念;创新实操能力评价方式,坚持全面化、多元化、动态化、持续性、实践性、个性化的评价原则;注重评价结果的反馈与应用,推动创新型人才评价落地。还应加强学校创新人才库建设,因材施教,从而提升职业院校人才培养质量,为企业输送更多创新型技术技能人才,服务产业发展和区域经济社会建设。 At present,students in vocational colleges have a weak overall sense of innovation and relatively weak innovation capabilities.The scale and quality of the cultivation of innovative talents are far from the needs of enterprises'upgrading based on market competition.To break through the practical dilemma of vague orientation and different evaluation standards of innovative talents in vocational colleges,,it is necessary to construct an evaluation mechanism for innovative talents in vocational colleges,and change the concept of talent training;Innovate the evaluation methods of practical operation ability,adhere to the comprehensive,diversified,dynamic,sustainable,practical,personalized evaluation principles;pay attention to the feedback and application of the evaluation results,and promote the implementation of innovative talent evaluation.Strengthen the construction of innovative talent pool,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and constantly stimulate the vitality of students,improving the quality of talent training in vocational colleges,so as to cultivate more innovative technical and skilled personnel for enterprises,andserve industrial development and regional economic and social construction.
