摘要
韩国政府在数字化经济产业中,面对职业教育人才供应与企业需求严重错位的严峻形势,结合本国实际情况,大力改革和发展职业教育,培养输出更多与数字化经济产业相匹配的职业教育人才,从而使本国关键行业不断增加的人力需求得到保障。同时,企业从人力资源的“选、培、用、留”四个维度出发,与政府密切合作,确保职业教育的实施更具实效性、针对性,我国职业教育改革可以从韩国职业教育改革经验中得到一些启示。
With the aim to cultivating more technical talents needed by digital economic industries and ensuring the ever-increasing manpower demand in key sectors,Korean government has launched vocational education innovations in accordance to national condition in response to the mismatch of labor supply and demand.Meanwhile,the enterprises have initiated close cooperation with Korean government from HR's four-fold dimensions of selecting,training,employing and retaining to ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of the vocational education innovations,from which China's vocational education reform can draw lessons.
