十八大以来,习近平总书记在中国特色社会主义现代化的建设历程中,结合新的时代条件与治国理政的实践经验,在深化对“三大规律”认知的基础上进行理论创新,形成了丰富的管理哲学思想。习近平管理哲学思想作为马克思主义中国化的最新成果,在主体论视域下,提出治理共同体理论应对当前社会治理的高度不确定性;在价值论视域下,提出“以人民为中心”的价值取向以超越资本逻辑;在方法论视域下,坚持改革创新推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。习近平管理哲学思想的时代价值既是对中国以往发展实践的深刻总结,又是对未来我国发展中重大基础性问题的历史性阐释,还是对人类未来发展问题的深度把握与科学解答。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has formed a wealth of management philosophy thoughts by theoretical innovation in the process of building socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,in light of the conditions of the new era and the practical experience of governing the country,on the basis of deepened cognition of the“Three Laws”.Xi Jinping’s management philosophy is the latest achievement of adapting Marxism to China’s conditions.From the perspective of subjectivity theory,he proposed the theory of governance community to deal with the high uncertainty of current social governance.In the view of axiology,he put forward“people-centered”value orientation to transcend the logic of capital.From the perspective of methodology,he insisted on reform and innovation to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.The value of the Times of his management philosophy is not only a profound summary of China’s past development practices,but also a historical interpretation of the major fundamental issues in China’s future development,as well as an in-depth grasp of and scientific answers to the future development issues of mankind.
