摘要
本研究采用转鼓格栅、反应气浮和A/O生化工艺处理胶原蛋白肠衣废水。结果表明,当进水化学需氧量(COD)为900~1100 mg/L,总氮(TN)为190~240 mg/L,氨氮(NN_(3)-N)为150~200 mg/L,pH为6.5~8.5时,最终废水的COD、TN、NN_(3)-N、pH等指标均能达到当地污水处理厂的接管标准。通过分析废水处理站的多年运行数据,本文掌握了该废水在20℃的脱氮速率,为类似工程提供设计参数。
In this study,rotary drum grille,reactive air flotation and A/O biochemical process are used to treat collagen casing wastewater.The results show that when the influent chemical oxygen demand(COD)is 900~100 mg/L,total nitrogen(TN)is 190~240 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen(NN_(3)-N)is 150~200 mg/L,and the pH is 6.5~8.5,the COD,TN,NN_(3)-N,pH and other indicators of the final wastewater can meet the takeover standards of the local sewage treatment plant.By analyzing the operating data of the wastewater treatment station for many years,this paper has mastered the denitrification rate of the wastewater at 20℃,and provided design parameters for similar projects.
