摘要
本文利用熵值法、耦合协调度模型对2010~2019年东北地区城市韧性和城市土地利用效益进行综合测度,并对其耦合协调度进行分析,结论如下:(1)东北地区城市韧性总体呈现"上升-下降-上升"的"N"字形变化趋势和"南高北低、城市群内高外低、经济带轴高翼低"的空间格局;城市土地利用效益呈现"下降-上升-下降"的趋势和"南高北低、交通带轴高翼低"的空间格局。城市韧性和城市土地利用效益没有实现同步发展,多以滞后型为主;(2)城市韧性与城市土地利用效益的耦合程度总体呈现"下降-上升-下降"的趋势,且均为拮抗阶段;耦合度较高的城市主要集聚在哈大交通经济带上,辽中南城市群、吉林中部城市群和哈大齐工业走廊城市的耦合度相对次之,耦合度较低的城市主要集中在辽宁西部、吉林侧翼和黑龙江北部。辽宁省整体耦合度较高,中高强度耦合城市比例超过黑龙江和吉林;(3)城市韧性与城市土地利用效益的协调程度呈现"先降后升"的"V"字形变化趋势,且以濒临失调、轻度失调、中度失调和严重失调为主;协调度较高的城市均位于哈大交通经济带上,并沿着哈大交通经济带梯度减弱。
This paper uses entropy method and coupling coordination degree model to comprehensively measure urban resi⁃lience and urban land use benefit in northeast China from 2010 to 2019 and the coupling coordination degree is analyzed.The conclu⁃sions are as follows:(1)The overall urban resilience in Northeast China presents an N-shaped trend of“ascending,descending and ascending”and a spatial pattern of“higher in the south and lower in the north,higher in urban agglomerations and lower in the outside,and lower in the axis and wings of the economic belt”.The urban land use benefit presents a“downward-upwarddown”trend and a spatial pattern of“higher in the south and lower in the north,higher in the axis and lower in the wing of the traffic belt”.Urban resilience and urban land use benefit have not achieved synchronous development,and most of them are lagging behind.(2)The coupling degree of urban resilience and urban land use benefits shows a“downward-upward-down”trend,and all of them are antagonistic stages.The cities with high coupling degree are mainly concentrated in the Harbin-Dalian transportation economic belt and the cities of the central-south urban agglomeration in Liaoning,the central urban agglomeration in Jilin and the Harbin-Dalian-Qiqihar industrial corridor are relatively less coupled,the less coupled cities are concentrated in western Liaoning,the Jilin Flank and northern Heilongjiang.The overall coupling degree of Liaoning province is higher,and the proportion of medium and high-strength coupling cities is higher than that of Heilongjiang and Jilin.(3)The degree of coordination between urban resi⁃lience and urban land use benefits shows a V-shaped trend of“decreasing first and then rising”,and the major imbalance is near imbalance,mild imbalance,moderate imbalance and serious imbalance.Cities with higher coordination degree are located in The Harbin-Dalian traffic economic belt and weaken along the gradient.
