摘要
通过对环青海湖地区10座城镇污水处理厂的走访调研,发现现有城镇污水处理技术主要为氧化沟、A/O+固定床与CWSBR。运用层次分析法(AHP)对城镇污水处理厂现有三种处理技术进行综合评价。统计分析城镇污水处理厂综合性能影响因素,构建以污水处理厂综合性能为目标层,以污染物削减效果、能耗与药耗、经济性能为准则层,COD去除率等8个指标为指标层,现有三种污水处理技术为方案层的城镇污水处理厂综合性能评价体系模型,构建判断矩阵,应用Matlab对判断矩阵的特征值、特征向量与各因素权重进行计算,并进行一致性检验。经过分析计算,现有三种污水处理技术综合性能评分分别为:0.3124、0.3070、0.2881,评价结果显示,氧化沟技术为目前环青海湖地区综合性能最优的污水处理技术。
Based on the investigation of 10 the urban sewage treatment plants around Lake Qinghai,the oxidation ditch,A/O+fixed bed and CWSBR were the main sewage treatment technologies.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to evaluate the three existing treatment technologies of urban Sewage Treatment.The factors of influence overall performance of the urban sewage treatment were statistically analyzed,the model of comprehensive performance evaluation system of urban Sewage Treatment was constructed as follows:the comprehensive performance of Sewage Treatment was the target layer,and the pollutant reduction effect,energy and drug consumption,economic performance were the criterion layer,and others were the indicator layer,and the existing three sewage treatment technologies were the scheme layer,and built a judgment matrix.The eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the judgment matrix and the weights of each factor were calculated by Matlab,and the consistency was checked.After the analysis and calculation,the comprehensive performance scores of the existing oxidation ditch,A/O+fixed bed and CWSBR are 0.3124,0.3070 and 0.2881,respectively.According to the evaluation results,the oxidation ditch technology was the best comprehensive performance wastewater treatment technology in the around Lake Qinghai.
