摘要
X射线检测方法是当前普遍使用的带电环境耐张线夹检测方法,针对该方法使用过程中因传输距离较远,受到电磁干扰,造成检测精度下降的问题,提出考虑线路电磁屏蔽的带电环境耐张线夹X射线检测方法。启动X射线发生器、数字成像板与计算机终端等检测设备后,通过线路抗干扰与屏蔽体接地方式实现线路电磁屏蔽,利用计算机终端获取带电环境下耐张线夹X光片图像,采用专业图像处理技术对X光片图像实施处理,输出X光片图像与检测结果。电磁屏蔽过程中,线路抗干扰可通过电路滤波与信号滤波实现,屏蔽体接地采用并联单点接地形式实现。应用分析结果显示,该方法在高于和低于330 kV电压等级条件下的检测精度分别达到92%和95%以上。
X-ray detection method is widely used in the detection of live environment strain clamp.In view of the problem that the detection accuracy is reduced due to the long transmission distance and electromagnetic interference in the process of using this method,the X-ray detection method of live environment strain clamp considering line electromagnetic shielding is proposed.After the X-ray generator,digital imaging board,computer terminal and other testing equipment are started,the line electromagnetic shielding is realized by the way of line anti-interference and shield grounding.The X-ray image of strain clamp in live environment is obtained by computer terminal,and the X-ray image is processed by professional image processing technology,and the X-ray image and testing results are output.In the process of electromagnetic shielding,the line anti-interference can be realized by circuit filtering and signal filtering,and the shielding body grounding is realized by parallel single point grounding.The application analysis results show that the detection accuracy of this method can reach 92%and 95%respectively when the voltage level is higher than or lower than 330 kV.
