基于目标管理的高校阅读推广馆员“融媒体KPI+360°”绩效评估研究 被引量:1

摘要 作为一种成熟的绩效考核模式,目标管理既有利于高校图书馆优化人力资源管理,又能通过科学管理和考核评估,提高阅读推广水平。文章从图书馆目标管理的角度出发,深入挖掘阅读推广工作中部门目标与个人目标之间的关系,探究个人目标服务于整体目标的实现方法,并以此为基础,构建阅读推广馆员“融媒体KPI+360°”绩效评估体系。该评估体系不但有利于实现阅读推广既定目标,还能够在一定程度上调动馆员工作的积极性,为高校图书馆的阅读推广服务增砖添瓦。 As a mature performance evaluation mode,objective management is not only beneficial to the optimization of human resource management in university libraries,but also can improve the reading promotion level through scientific management and evaluation.From the point of view of library goal management,this paper deeply explores the relationship between department goal and individual goal in reading promotion work,explores the realization method of individual goal serving the whole goal,and then constructs the“blending media KPI+360°”performance evaluation of reading promotion librarians.The evaluation system is not only helpful to realize the target of reading promotion,but also can arouse the enthusiasm of librarians to a certain extent,so as to contribute to the reading promotion service of university library.
