摘要
文章采用静强度中常用的复合应变分析方法,基于复材翼面蒙皮常用铺层比例,针对复材尾翼蒙皮不同区域的受力特点,通过对比复合应变裕度,选择出适用于受力特点的一系列铺层。通过考虑第四类损伤容限许用应力,最终分析选择出复材尾翼蒙皮一般区域和受集中载荷区域的最适合铺层比例,其结果对于复材尾翼蒙皮的铺层设计具有借鉴意义。
In this paper,the composite strain analysis method is used in static strength,based on the proportion of the composite airfoil skin,aiming at the stress characteristics of the different area of the composite airfoil skin,through the comparison of the composite strain allowance,a series of layers suitable for the stress characteristics are selected.By considering the allowable stress of the fourth kind of damage tolerance,the most suitable lamination proportion for the general area of the composite tail airfoil skin and the area under concentrated load is finally analyzed and chosen.The results can be used for reference in the design of lamination of the composite tail airfoil skin.
