摘要
文章采用硅胶柱层析等方法对黄花羊耳蒜全草的化学成分进行分离、纯化及结构鉴定,根据化合物理化性质及波谱数据可鉴定为黄酮类化合物,分别为化合物1—槲皮素;化合物2—6-羟基-4-(3′-羟苯基)异黄酮;化合物3—5-羟基-3-(5′-苯基)-4甲氧基-6-羟基色原酮;化合物4—5-羟基-3-甲氧基-(5′-羟苯基)异黄酮。本试验采用MTT法筛选具有明显抗肿瘤活性的化合物,结果显示,化合物2和4较化合物1和3对HT-29,A549,MCF-7三种肿瘤细胞生长有较明显的抑制作用,并呈现出较好的剂量依赖关系。
The chemical constituents of the whole grass of Liparis luteola Lindl.were separated,purified and structurally identified by silica gel column chromatography.According to the physical and chemical properties and spectral data of compounds,they can be identified as flavonoids,namely compound 1:quercetin;Compound 2:6-hydroxy-4-(3′-hydroxyphenyl)isoflavone;Compound 3:5-hydroxy-3-(5′-phenyl-6-methoxy-6-hydroxychromogen);Compound 4:5-hydroxy-3-methoxy-(5′-hydroxyphenyl)isoflavone.In this study,the compounds with obvious anti-tumor activity were screened by MTT method.The results showed that compounds 2 and 4 inhibited the growth of HT-29,A549 and MCF-7 in a dose-dependent manner.
