PFNA和DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效对比探讨

A Comparative Study of PFNA and DHS in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures of the Elderly

目的对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采取PFNA内固定和DHS内固定开展治疗的临床效果加以讨论。方法选择2018年5月至2019年5月我院所收诊的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为本次课题观察对象,共计94例,利用随机数字表法对其分组,其中一组患者接受DHS内固定方法加以治疗,共计47例,作为对照组,剩余47例患者接受PFNA内固定方法治疗,作为研究组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者接受不同内固定治疗之后的临床优良率对比存在显著统计学差异;两组老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者接受手术治疗之后骨痂评分对比存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论临床中针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,为其提供PFNA内固定治疗效果由于DNS内固定治疗,能够促进骨折愈合,应用给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects of PFNA internal fixation and DHS internal fixation for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 94 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the observation objects for this subject.A total of 94 patients were divided into groups using a random number table method.A total of 47 patients were treated with fixation,as the control group,and the remaining 47 patients were treated with PFNA internal fixation,as the study group,to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results There were significant statistical differences in the clinical excellent and good rates of the two groups of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures after different internal fixation treatment;there were significant statistical differences in the callus score of the two groups of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture,PFNA internal fixation can promote the healing of the fracture because of DNS internal fixation.
