双源CT双能量技术在孤立性肺结节临床诊断中的价值探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨并分析双源CT双能量技术应用于孤立性肺结节临床诊断中的价值。方法选取我院52例孤立性肺结节患者,时间2019年5月至2020年12月,对其均行病理诊断、常规CT平扫、双源CT双能量技术诊断,以病理诊断结果为“金标准”,比较真实平扫与虚拟平扫图像相关参数进行比较,并对真实平扫、虚拟平扫、碘图CT值的诊断效能进行比较,采用统计学方式比较单次常规CT平扫与双源CT双能量技术的辐射剂量。结果与真实平扫相比较,虚拟平扫的孤立性肺结节图像相关参数与其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与真实平扫相比较,虚拟平扫增强强化值较低(P<0.05),碘图CT值稍高,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在诊断效能方面,碘图CT值灵敏度、准确度最高,虚拟平扫特异度最高(P<0.05);与单次常规CT平扫相比较,双源CT双能量扫描辐射剂量稍低,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上对孤立性肺结节患者进行诊断时,采用双源CT双能量技术,诊断准确率更高,有较高的推广价值。 Objective To investigate and analyze the value of dual source CT dual energy technology in the clinical diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods From May 2019 to December 2020,52 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules in our hospital were diagnosed by pathological diagnosis,conventional CT scan and dual energy dual source CT technology.The pathological diagnosis results were taken as the"gold standard",and the relevant parameters of real plain scan and virtual plain scan were compared,and the diagnostic efficiency of real plain scan,virtual plain scan and iodine map CT value was compared,The radiation dose of single routine CT scan and dual source CT dual energy technique was compared statistically.Results There was no significant difference in image parameters between virtual plain scan and real plain scan(P>0.05).Compared with the real plain scan,the enhanced value of virtual plain scan was lower(P<0.05),and the CT value of iodine map was slightly higher(P>0.05).In terms of diagnostic efficiency,the sensitivity and accuracy of CT value of iodogram were the highest,and the specificity of virtual plain scan was the highest(P<0.05).Compared with single routine CT scan,the radiation dose of dual source CT dual energy scan was slightly lower(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules,double source CT double energy technology is used to diagnose the patients with solitary pulmonary nodules,which has higher accuracy and has a higher promotion value.
