社会支持与家庭功能对冠心病患者生存质量的影响分析

Effect of Social Support and Family Function on the Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨社会支持与家庭功能对冠心病患者生存质量的影响。方法选择我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的100例冠心病患者作为本次研究入组对象,采用世界卫生组织生存质量简表、社会支持评定量表和家庭功能评估量表对患者进行问卷调查。结果患者社会支持总分为(39.42±8.85)分,具体包括主管支持(23.12±5.24)分,客观支持(7.54±3.21)分,对社会支持利用度(6.96±1.68)分。家庭功能总分(7.25±2.23)分,其中57例(57.00%)功能良好,29例(29.00%)中度障碍,14例(14.00%)重度障碍。生存质量各项评分为生理领域(46.14±11.85)分,心理领域(49.02±9.01)分,社会关系领域(52.25±12.87)分,环境领域(52.48±12.26)分。根据社会支持总分39.42分为界限将冠心病患者分为高分组和低分组进行比较,高分组患者在生理领域、心理领域及环境领域得分均高于低分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同家庭功能冠心病患者在生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域的得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同家庭功能冠心病患者主观支持、客观支持、对社会支持利用度得分及总分得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社会支持与家庭功能对冠心病患者生存质量有一定的影响,关注并提高冠心病患者的社会支持与家庭功能水平有利于改善其生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of social support and family function on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The 100 cases of coronary heart disease admitted from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were investigated by using the standard of quality of life table,social support scale and family function assessment scale of the World Health Organization.Results The total score of the patient's social support was(39.42±8.85)points,including the director's support(23.12±5.24)points,the objective support(7.54±3.21)points,and the use of social support(6.96±1.68)points.Total household function score(7.25±2.23)points,of which 57 cases(57.00%)were functional,29 cases(29.00%)were moderately impaired,and 14 cases(14.00%)were severely impaired.The quality of life is divided into physiological fields(46.14±11.85)points,psychological fields(49.02±9.01)points,social relations fields(52.25±12.87)points,and environmental fields(52.48±12.26)points.According to the total social support score of 39.42 points,patients with coronary heart disease were divided into high groups and low groups for comparison.Patients with high groups scored higher than low groups in the physiological,psychological,and environmental fields,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of patients with coronary heart disease in different family functions in the fields of physiology,psychology,social relations,and environment,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).In patients with coronary heart disease with different family functions,subjective support,objective support,social support utilization score,and total score,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Social support and family function have a certain influence on the quality of life of coronary heart disease patients.Focusing on and improving the level of social support and family function of coronary heart disease patients is conducive to improving their quality of life.
