探讨分级心理护理在膀胱癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

To Explore the Effect of Graded Psychological Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Bladder Cancer

目的探究膀胱癌患者开展手术治疗围手术期分级心理护理的护理情况。方法从我院进行手术治疗的膀胱癌患者中随机抽取94例患者作为研究对象,时间为2018年3月至2019年3月,使用电脑随机分组法分为研究组(n=47)和对照组(n=47)。对照组患者围手术期实施常规护理,研究组患者围手术期实施分级心理护理。分组对比应激情绪指标、生活质量、手术指标以及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组护理后焦虑、抑郁应激情绪评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,手术指标优于对照组,并发症发生率(2.13%)低于对照组(12.77%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌患者治疗围手术期配合分级心理护理对于患者不良情绪缓解效果显著,帮助患者保持良好情绪,积极配合各项治疗及护理,促进手术康复质量及安全性的提升,值得实践推广。

Objective To explore the nursing situation of graded psychological nursing in patients with bladder cancer undergoing surgical treatment.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital,94 patients with bladder cancer who underwent surgical treatment were randomly selected as the research objects.Using computer randomization,they were divided into study group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period,and patients in the study group received graded psychological nursing during the perioperative period.The stress emotion index,quality of life,surgical index and the occurrence of complications were compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,the operative indexes were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications(2.13%)was lower than that in the control group(12.77%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative grading psychological nursing for patients with bladder cancer can relieve their bad mood significantly,help patients maintain good mood,actively cooperate with all kinds of treatment and nursing,and promote the quality and safety of surgical rehabilitation,which is worth popularizing in practice.
