评价综合护理在胃癌术后护理中的应用效果及预后影响

Objective to Evaluate the Application Effect and Prognosis of Comprehensive Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Gastric Cancer

目的观察综合护理在胃癌术后护理中的应用效果及其对预后的影响。方法随机选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院58例胃癌手术患者,采用平行对照法分为对照组(29例,常规护理)与观察组(29例,综合护理),对护理效果进行比较。结果观察组并发症总发生率(4.00%)较对照组(24.14%)更低,差异显著(P<0.05);两组护理前生活质量评分、疼痛评分、SDS评分和SAS评分方面对比,未见明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组疼痛评分、SDS评分和SAS评分比对照组低,而生活质量评分较对照组更高,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者术后护理过程中,综合护理方法的实施有助于患者生活质量的提高,改善其负面情绪和紧张心理,尽量降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing in postoperative nursing of gastric cancer and its influence on prognosis.Methods Fifty-eight patients with gastric cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group(29 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(29 cases,comprehensive nursing)by parallel control method,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(24.14%)(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in quality of life score,pain score,SDS score and SAS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the pain score,SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of postoperative nursing for patients with gastric cancer,the implementation of comprehensive nursing method is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients,improve their negative emotions and tension,and reduce the incidence of complications as much as possible.
