围手术期整体护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

Application of Perioperative Holistic Nursing in Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的以接受腹腔镜手术的妇科患者为研究对象,探讨和评价患者围手术期应用整体护理干预的效果。方法将在我院妇科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者70例随机分成参照组(n=35)和研究组(n=35),予以参照组常规护理模式,予以研究组患者整体护理干预模式。结果研究组术后恢复效果优于参照组,研究组术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及下床活动时间均短于参照组,差异均存在统计学意义,P<0.05。参照组术后尿潴留等并发症总发生率25.71%,研究组总发生率8.57%,研究组并发症发生率明显更低,P<0.05。研究组患者生理职能等各项生活质量评分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科患者围手术期应用整体护理干预术后恢复速度更快、康复效果更佳,而且术后并发症发生率相对更低,护理质量更高。

Objective To study and evaluate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods Seventy patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the gynecology department of our hospital were randomly divided into a reference group(n=35)and a research group(n=35).The reference group patients were given conventional nursing,and the research group were given holistic nursing care.Results The recovery effect of the research group was better than that of the reference group.The time of first postoperative exhaust time,the time of first bowel movement,the recovery time of bowel sounds and the time of getting out of bed of the research group were shorter than that of the reference group.The differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.The total incidence of postoperative urinary retention and other complications in the reference group was 25.71%,the total incidence in the research group was 8.57%,and the incidence in the study group was significantly lower,P<0.05.The quality of life scores of patients in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The perioperative period of gynecological patients treated with laparoscopic surgery using holistic nursing intervention has a faster recovery rate and better recovery effect,and the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively lower and the quality of care is higher.
