围手术期综合护理在腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者中的作用及效果

Effect of Comprehensive Perioperative Nursing in Laparoscopic Surgery for Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠(EP)患者中应用围手术期综合护理的作用及效果。方法将2019年1月至2020年6月我院接诊的行腹腔镜手术治疗的74例EP患者作为观察对象,按照不同护理方法分为两组,其中采用围手术期常规护理的37例EP患者为对照组,而采用围手术期综合护理的37例EP患者为观察组。对组间负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分(PSQI)、术后恢复情况、患者满意程度、并发症发生率展开分析。结果护理后,观察组负性情绪评分、PSQI评分、术后恢复情况、患者满意程度、并发症发生率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在EP患者行腹腔镜手术期间采用围手术期综合护理,护理效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect and effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy(EP)by laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,74 patients with EP who received laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were taken as observation objects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Among them,37 EP patients were provided with routine perioperative care served as the control group and 37 EP patients who provided comprehensive perioperative care as the observation group.The negative emotion score,sleep quality score(PSQI),postoperative recovery,patient satisfaction,and complication rate between groups were analyzed.Results After nursing,the observation group's negative emotion score,PSQI score,postoperative recovery,patient satisfaction,and complication rate were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion During the period of laparoscopic surgery in EP patients,comprehensive perioperative nursing is used,and the nursing effect is significant and it is worthy of promotion.
