综合护理模式用于慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者中对生命体征及并发症发生率的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Model on Vital Signs and Complication Rate in Patients with Chronic Cor Pulmonale and Heart Failure

目的分析于慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭护理中应用综合护理模式对患者生命体征、并发症发生率的影响。方法在我院2017年6月至2019年12月收治的慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者中选择100例展开调查研究,按照随机抽签法将其分为研究组(综合护理模式)与对照组(常规护理模式),每组50例。对两组患者临床症状改善时间、生活质量评分、接受干预前后心功能指标改变情况与生命体征、并发症发生率展开对比分析。结果研究组各项临床症状改善时间均明显更短,两组间差异显著(P<0.05);就生活质量评分看来,研究组各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对比两组患者心功能指标可知,所有患者各项指标均明显提升,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);接受干预后,研究组各项生命体征均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(16.00%)明显低于对照组(44.00%),P<0.05。结论与慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者常规护理干预进行比较看来,应用综合护理模式能够明显缩短临床症状改善用时,提高患者生活质量,改善生命体征以及心功能指标,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on patients'vital signs and complication rate in the nursing of chronic cor pulmonale combined with heart failure.Method From June 2017 to December 2019 in our hospital,100 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure were selected for investigation and research,and they were divided into study group(comprehensive nursing model)and control group(routine nursing mode)according to the random lottery method,50 cases in each group.A comparative analysis of the clinical symptoms improvement time,quality of life scores,changes in cardiac function indexes before and after intervention,vital signs,and complication rates of the two groups of patients.Results The improvement time of various clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);in terms of the quality of life score,the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);comparing the cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients,it can be seen that the indexes of all patients were significantly improved,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the vital signs of the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group(16.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(44.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing intervention for patients with chronic cor pulmonale and heart failure,the application of comprehensive nursing mode can significantly shorten the time for improving clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,improve vital signs and cardiac function indicators,and reduce complications risk.
