个体化综合护理对老年下肢骨折患者术后并发症的影响

Study on the Effect of Individualized Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Complications of Elderly Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture

目的研究个体化综合护理对老年下肢骨折患者术后并发症的影响。方法选取于本院进行手术的老年下肢骨折患者62例,经随机数字表法分组,对照组与干预组各31例,分别采取常规护理与个体化综合护理,对比两组患者术后并发症与医护依从性。结果干预组患者术后并发症发生率为3.23%,明显低于对照组19.35%;干预组患者医护依从率为93.55%,明显高于对照组74.19%,住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化综合护理对老年下肢骨折患者术后恢复有良好的影响,能有效预防手术相关并发症,积极促进骨折愈合,引导患者全面配合临床医护工作。

Objective To study the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications of elderly patients with lower extremity fracture.Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with lower extremity fracture who were operated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 31 cases in each group.Routine nursing and individualized comprehensive nursing were adopted respectively to compare the postoperative complications and medical compliance of the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 3.23%,significantly lower than that in the control group(19.35%),the compliance rate of medical care in the intervention group was 93.55%,significantly higher than that in the control group(74.19%),and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized comprehensive nursing has a good effect on the postoperative complications of the elderly patients with lower extremity fracture.It can effectively prevent the operation related complications,actively promote the fracture healing,and guide the patients to cooperate with the clinical work.
