优质护理用于重症急性胰腺炎分阶段外科冲洗术后护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of High-quality Nursing Care after Staged surgical Irrigation for Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探究重症急性胰腺炎患者经分阶段外科冲洗术后开展优质护理的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年12月我院接收的行分阶段外科冲洗手术治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者64例,随机分设成两组。予以对照组患者常规护理,予以研究组患者优质护理。观察术后并发症率,护理依从性,住院时间及护理满意度。结果对照组患者护理满意度率为68.75%,低于研究组的90.63%;对照组患者术后并发症率为18.75%,高于研究组的3.13%(P<0.05);对照组患者护理依从率为75.00%,低于研究组的93.75%;对照组患者住院时间长于研究组(P<0.05)。结论对行分阶段外科冲洗术治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者予以优质护理干预,患者依从性明显提升,有效减少并发症,从而提高患者的满意度,缩短住院时间,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care for patients with severe acute pancreatitis after staged surgical irrigation.Methods Sixty-four patients with severe acute pancreatitis who received phased surgical irrigation in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.Routine nursing was given to patients in the control group and high-quality nursing was given to patients in the study group.The postoperative complication rate,nursing compliance,length of stay and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in control group was 68.75%,lower than 90.63%in study group.The rate of postoperative complications in the control group was 18.75%,higher than that in the study group(3.13%),P<0.05.The nursing compliance rate in the control group was 75.00%,which was lower than that in the study group(93.75%).The length of stay in the control group was longer than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing intervention for patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated by staged surgical irrigation can significantly improve patient compliance,effectively reduce complications,thus improve patient satisfaction and shorten the length of hospital stay,which is worthy of application.
