针对性护理在经电子支气管镜给药治疗支气管结核患者中的应用效果

Effect of Targeted Nursing in the Treatment of Endobronchial Tuberculosis Patients by Electronic Bronchoscopy

目的研究对经电子支气管镜给药治疗的支气管结核(EBTB)患者给予针对性护理的治疗效果。方法于我院接受电子支气管镜给药的EBTB患者中随机抽取60例,分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,统计两组患者治疗效果、满意度以及并发症,评价针对性护理的应用效果。结果观察组治疗有效率、满意度、不良反应发生率均均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对EBTB患者接受电子支气管镜给药治疗期间给予针对性护理,可有效改善临床疗效,充分考虑到患者护理需求,减少各类不良反应的出现,提高护理质量,让患者恢复健康。在医院推广应用意义重大,可提高医院服务水平,提高患者对医护工作的满意度。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of targeted nursing for patients with bronchial tuberculosis(EBTB)treated by electronic bronchoscopy.Methods The 60 cases of EBTB patients who received electronic bronchoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given targeted nursing,and the treatment effect,satisfaction and complications of the two groups were counted,to evaluate the application effect of targeted nursing.Results The observation group's treatment efficiency,satisfaction degree,and adverse reaction rate were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of EBTB patients receiving electronic bronchoscopy,targeted nursing can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,fully consider the patient's nursing needs,reduce the occurrence of various adverse reactions,improve the quality of nursing,and restore the patient's health.It is of great significance to promote and apply in hospitals,which can improve the level of hospital services and increase patients'satisfaction with medical nursing.
