护理干预对恶性心律失常致心脏停搏患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Cardiac Arrest Caused by Malignant Arrhythmia

目的探讨护理干预对恶性心律失常致心脏停搏患者生活质量的影响。方法纳入对象为本院在2020年7月至2021年6月诊治的恶性心律失常致心脏停搏患者,共66例,对患者随机编号,1~66号,其中奇数号33例为对照组,采用常规护理,偶数号33例为观察组,采用护理干预,对比两组患者护理后主要临床症状恢正常时间以及生活质量评分情况。结果观察组窦性心律恢复时间、自主循环恢复时间以及自主呼吸分别为(2.53±0.23)h、(40.44±4.04)h和(46.55±4.35)h,明显较对照组的(5.55±0.11)h、(145.23±11.04)h和(102.34±21.42)h更短,P<0.05。在生活质量的身心健康、心理健康、社会关系以及环境因素方面比较,观察组各项评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对恶性心律失常致心脏停搏患者实施护理干预,可以有效加快临床症恢复时间,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with cardiac arrest caused by malignant arrhythmia.Methods The included subjects were 66 patients with cardiac arrest caused by malignant arrhythmia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2020 to June 2021.The patients were randomly numbered,1-66,of which odd numbers were the control group.Thirty-three cases were treated with routine care,the even number was the observation group,and 33 cases were treated with nursing intervention.The time for the main clinical symptoms to return to normal and the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results The sinus rhythm recovery time and spontaneous circulation of the observation group were(2.53±0.23)hours,(40.44±4.04)hours and(46.55±4.35)hours,which were significantly higher than those in the control group were(5.55±0.11)hours,(145.23±11.04)hours and(102.34±21.42)hours were shorter(P<0.05).In comparison of physical and mental health,mental health,social relations and environmental factors,the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with cardiac arrest caused by malignant arrhythmia can effectively speed up the recovery time of clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
