分析对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者加强整体护理的临床措施和护理效果

To Analyze the Clinical Measures and Nursing Effect of Strengthening Holistic Nursing for Patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia

目的探究整体护理在慢性再生障碍性贫血患者中的应用效果。方法随机选取阜新市中心医院收治的68例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象,时间为2017年11月至2019年1月,并按照双盲法分为两组,对比组34例患者实施常规护理,试验组34例患者在常规护理下加用整体护理,并对两组患者的治疗总有效率、护理满意度评分、生活质量评分、健康知识知晓评分以及药物治疗依从性进行比较。结果对比组患者治疗后总有效率79.41%,与试验组患者的97.06%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.1000,P=0.0239);试验组患者护理满意度评分、生活质量评分与健康知识知晓评分,护理后药物治疗依从性,均高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在慢性再生障碍性贫血患者中的应用效果明显,可使患者的健康知识知晓率、药物治疗依从性、护理满意度显著提高,还可以改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in patients with chronic aplastic anemia.Methods From November 2017 to January 2019,68 patients with chronic aplastic anemia in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups according to the double-blind method.34 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 34 patients in the experimental group received holistic nursing under routine nursing.The total effective rate,nursing satisfaction score,quality of life score,health knowledge score and drug treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the control group was 79.41%after treatment,which was statistically significant(χ2=5.1000,P=0.0239)compared with 97.06%of the patients in the experimental group;the patients in the experimental group had nursing satisfaction scores,quality of life scores,and health knowledge awareness score and compliance with medication after nursing were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in patients with chronic aplastic anemia can significantly improve the awareness rate of health knowledge,drug treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,and can also improve the quality of life of patients.
