循证护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析循证护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年2月进入我院治疗的急性心肌梗死患者58例作为研究对象,采用双色球原则进行护理小组分组,对照组(n=29)行常规护理,观察组(n=29)行循证护理,观察两组患者并发症发生情况,评价两组患者生活质量,对比干预效果。结果观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,各维度生活质量评分也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急性心肌梗死患者,临床积极实施循证护理可以有效减少患者并发症发生概率,提高临床治疗效果,保证患者较高的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 58 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The nursing group was divided into two groups according to the principle of two color ball. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given evidencebased nursing. Observe the complications of the two groups of patients, evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients, and compare the effects of intervention. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the score of quality of life in each dimension was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute myocardial infarction, the clinical active implementation of evidencebased nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the clinical treatment effect, and ensure the high quality of life of patients.
