急诊外科创伤救治实施整体护理干预的应用效果观察

Observation of the Effect of the Holistic Nursing Intervention in the Emergency Surgical Trauma Treatment

目的对急诊外科创伤救治实施整体护理干预的应用效果进行观察。方法本次研究中选取的对象,均是我院收治的急诊外科创伤患者,时间自2019年8月起,至2020年8月止,共纳入102例,按照患者的入院编号奇偶性进行分组,其中编号为奇数的51例划为研究组,编号为偶数的51例则划为对照组,对照组患者应用常规护理方法,而研究组患者则在常规护理基础上加入整体护理干预。对两种护理方式的临床效果进行对比。结果两组患者的救治成功率、病死率组间差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊外科创伤救治实施整体护理干预能够提升抢救成功率,降低患者死亡的风险,且不良反应更少,患者的护理满意度更高。

Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing intervention in emergency surgical trauma treatment.Methods The subjects selected in this study were all emergency surgical trauma patients in our hospital.From August 2019 to August 2020,102 patients were included.According to the parity of patients'admission number,51 patients numbered odd were divided into research group,51 patients with even number were divided into control group,and the control group were treated with routine nursing methods,the patients in the study group were added the holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and compared the clinical effects of the two nursing methods.Results The success rate of treatment and mortality rate of the patients in the quantity group were significantly different(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing intervention in emergency surgical trauma treatment can improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the risk of death,and have less adverse reactions,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing is higher,which has clinical application value.
