针对性心理护理对妊娠糖尿病孕妇的影响

Effect of Targeted Psychological Nursing on Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的针对妊娠糖尿病孕妇应用心理护理的干预作用进行研讨。方法选择我院2018年10月至2020年2月收治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇80例纳入本研究的对象之中,将所有孕妇依照随机方式均分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。所有孕妇均使用相同的药物治疗方法,另外,对照组孕妇使用常规的护理干预方式,而观察组组孕妇则采用针对性心理护理干预。对于两组孕妇并发症发生情况,HAMA、HAMD评分状况,不良妊娠以及孕妇自身的依从性等情况进行对比分析。结果经过针对性心理护理干预之后,观察组孕妇的HAMA以及HAMD评分对比,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕妇服药依从性、运动、饮食及作息等指标显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇依照自身实际情况来采取针对性心理护理干预,对于降低孕妇风险以及最终分娩结局的改善都具备积极意义。

Objective To discuss the intervention effect of targeted psychological nursing in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.Method Eighty pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.All pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.All pregnant women used the same medication.In addition,the control group used conventional nursing interventions,while the observation group used targeted psychological nursing interventions.The complications of the two groups of pregnant women,HAMA,HAMD scores,bad pregnancy,and the pregnant women's own compliance were compared and analyzed.Results After targeted psychological nursing intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of pregnant women in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The observing group's pregnant women's medication compliance,exercise,diet,work and rest indicators were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the actual situation of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,targeted psychological nursing intervention is of positive significance for reducing the risk of pregnant women and improving the final delivery outcome.
