反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产后护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Feedback Health Education in Maternal and Infant Room-sharing Postpartum Care

目的探讨反馈式健康宣教在母婴同室产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院(2016年1月至2018年1月)收治的84例产妇,根据不同护理分为两组,对照组(n=42)接受常规护理,观察组(n=42)接受反馈式健康宣教,两组患者一般资料对比无显著差异(P>0.05),对比两组产妇母乳喂养率和产后知识知晓率、恢复情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇母乳喂养率为90.48%,高于对照组(69.05%),对比差异明显(χ2=14.2265,P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后知识总知晓率为95.24%,高于对照组(73.81%),对比差异明显(χ2=17.5549,P<0.05)。观察组产妇恢复良好率为97.62%,高于对照组(80.95%),对比差异明显(χ2=14.6382,P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理满意度为92.86%高于对照组(71.43%),对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在母婴同室产后护理中运用反馈式健康宣教可有效提高产妇母乳喂养率和产后知识总知晓率,促进产后恢复,产妇满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of feedback health education in maternal and infant room-sharing postnatal care.Methods To choose the hospital(from January 2016 to January 2018)treated 84 cases of maternal,according to different nursing was divided into two groups,control group(n=42)for routine care,observation group(n=42)accept feedback type health propaganda and education,two groups of patients with general data comparison there was no significant difference(P>0.05),compared two groups of maternal breastfeeding rates and postpartum knowledge awareness,recovery,and nursing satisfaction.Results The maternal breastfeeding rate of the observation group was 90.48%,which was higher than that of the control group(69.05%),and the difference was significant(χ2=14.2265,P<0.05).The total awareness rate of maternal postpartum knowledge in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.81%),and the difference was significant(χ2=17.5549,P<0.05).The good recovery rate of parturients in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and the difference was significant(χ2=14.6382,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the pregnant women in the observation group was 92.86%higher than that in the control group(71.43%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of feedback health education in maternal and infant room-sharing postpartum care can effectively improve the rate of maternal breastfeeding and the total knowledge rate of postpartum,promote postpartum recovery,maternal satisfaction is high,worthy of clinical promotion.
