个体化护理在甲状腺癌患者术后护理中的应用

Application of Individualized Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Thyroid Cancer

目的研究对于甲状腺癌患者术后应用个体化护理后实际效果。方法选择我院于2020年3月至2021年3月内接收的68例甲状腺癌手术患者为研究代表,将所有患者按照随机数表方式,分为对照组(34例,应用基础护理)和观察组(34例,应用个体化护理)。对比不同护理后两组患者的术后恢复情况、并发症发生率以及生活质量改善、护理满意度。结果观察组应用个体化护理后术后恢复情况明显优于对照组应用基础护理后术后恢复情况,观察组应用个体化护理后术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组应用基础护理后术后并发症发生率,患者护理满意度及生活质量改善更好(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理应用于甲状腺癌症术后能够有效促进术后恢复,避免一系列并发症出现,提高生活质量,提高患者护理满意度,总体来说该护理方式临床效果好,有推广使用价值。

Objective To study the practical effect of individualized nursing for patients with thyroid cancer after operation.Methods The 68 cases of thyroid cancer surgery patients in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as research representatives,and all patients were randomly divided into control group(34 cases,application of basic nursing)and observation group(34 cases,application of individualized nursing).To collect and analyze the effect of two groups of patients after nursing.Results The postoperative recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with thyroid cancer,the application of individualized nursing can accelerate the recovery of the disease and reduce the incidence of complications,so it is worthy of promotion and adoption.
