呼吸内科护理意外事件、并发症发生情况及防范对策分析

Analysis of Accidents,Complications and Preventive Measures in Nursing Care of Respiratory Medicine

目的本次试验将针对呼吸内科护理意外事件进行预防及控制并发症发生。方法本次试验选取了2019年1月至2020年6月前来本院就诊的患者,为呼吸内科人群,选取90例自愿参与试验调查患者为调研对象,以公平为原则随机分组。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组为优质护理服务项目。比较两组护理效果。结果从护理质量上看,观察组患者出现意外事件的发生率为2.22%(1/45),对照组为8.89%(4/45),组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在并发症的调查上,观察组的发生率为4.44%(2/45),对照组为15.56%(7/45),组间对比差异显著。在医护人员的成绩考核上,分为理论成绩、操作成绩和沟通成绩,观察组分别为(94.30±9.20)分、(95.40±6.70)分和(93.30±7.60)分;对照组为(87.60±8.10)分、(89.30±7.50)分和(85.40±6.60)分。护理满意度的调查上,观察组患者的满意度为93.33%(42/45),明显优于对照组的84.44%(38/45)。观察组护理效果更佳。结论采用优质护理项目服务能够尽可能避免并发症,降低意外事件发生率,消除安全隐患,确保护理内容得到良好的反馈,提升护理人员的工作执行力,达到预期的治疗结局。

Objective This experiment will prevent and control the occurrence of complications in nursing accidents in respiratory medicine department.Methods Ninety patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study,all of them were in the department of respiratory medicine.On the basis of voluntary participation in the experimental investigation,90 patients were selected as the subjects of this study.In order to ensure fairness,it is random grouping.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while those in the observation group were given high-quality nursing services,implemented responsibility system,adhered to detailed nursing,and did a good job in daily safety work.Subsequently,the patients'accidents and complications were investigated.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Result From the point of view of nursing quality,the incidence of accidents in the observation group was 2.22%(1/45)and that in the control group was 8.89%(4/45).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Major events include falls,pipeline slides,aspiration and so on.At the same time,the incidence of complications was 4.44%(2/45)in the observation group and 15.56%(7/45)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.In addition,in the performance evaluation of medical staff,it can be divided into three aspects,namely,theoretical performance,operational performance and communication performance,the observation group was(94.30±9.20),(95.40±6.70)and(93.30±7.60)respectively,while the control group was(87.60±8.10),(89.30±7.50)and(85.40±6.60)respectively.Finally,in the survey of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),which was significantly better than 84.44%(38/45)in the control group.Therefore,we believe that the observation group nursing is better.Conclusion The adoption of high-quality nursing project service can avoid complications as much as possible,reduce the incidence of accidents,help to eliminate potential safety hazards,ensure good feedback of nursing content,enhance the work execution of nursing staff,and achieve the desired treatment outcome.
