优质护理在创伤性骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Traumatic Fracture

目的分析将优质护理应用的创伤性骨折患者手术以后的护理效果。方法将2018年4月至2019年6月于我院治疗的44例创伤性骨科患者设为观察组,所有患者手术以后配合优质护理进行干预,选择同期来我院进行手术治疗的44例创伤性骨折患者作为对照组,所有患者术后配合常规护理,对患者的护理效果进行评价和比较。结果①观察组[4.55%(2/44)]患者的并发症发生率明显比对照组[22.73%(10/44)]更低,P<0.05。②观察组的疼痛情况明显比对照组更轻,住院时间明显比对照组更短,P<0.05。结论通过优质护理对创伤性骨折患者实施干预可有效减轻并发症对患者康复的影响,缓解患者的疼痛,缩短手术时间。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of patients with traumatic fractures after high quality nursing.Methods A total of 44 traumatic orthopedic patients treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were set as the observation group,all patients cooperated with high-quality nursing intervention after surgery,44 patients with traumatic fractures who came to our hospital for surgical treatment during the same period were selected as the control group.and all patients cooperated with routine nursing after operation.To evaluate and compare the nursing effects of the patients.Results(1)The incidence of complications in the observation group[4.55%(2/44)]was significantly lower than that of the control group[22.73%(10/44)],P<0.05.(2)The pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The intervention of high-quality nursing care for patients with traumatic fractures can effectively reduce the impact of complications on the patients'rehabilitation,relieve the patients'pain,and shorten the operation time.
