优质护理服务在心血管介入治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of High-quality Nursing Services in Cardiovascular Interventional Therapy

目的研究优质护理服务应用在心血管介入治疗当中所取得的效果,以方便为临床护理提供科学的参考依据。方法本研究选择随机分组对照方法进行调查,选择的研究对象均为2017年11月至2019年1月我院收治的心血管介入治疗的患者,共选择患者82例进行研究,将所有患者分为优质护理组和常规护理组,每组41例。分别对两组患者通过优质护理和常规护理进行干预,并对护理效果进行比较。结果①优质护理组[90.24%(37/41)]的总有效率明显高于常规护理组[73.17%(30/41)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②优质护理组[95.12%(39/41)]的满意度明显比常规护理组[78.05%(32/41)]更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③优质护理组[14.63%(6/41)]的不良反应发生率明显低于常规护理组[29.27%(12/41)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④优质护理组的住院时间、心血管介入认知评分、介入治疗配合度评分都明显优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理服务应用在心血管介入治疗中,能提高患者的临床疗效和安全性,提升患者的满意度,促进患者的康复。

Objective To study the effects of high-quality nursing services in cardiovascular interventional therapy,so as to provide a scientific reference for clinical nursing.Methods In this study,a randomized control method was selected for investigation.The selected subjects were all patients undergoing cardiovascular interventional therapy in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019.A total of 82 patients were selected for the study,and all patients were divided into there were 41 cases in the high-quality nursing group and conventional nursing group.The two groups of patients were intervened through high-quality nursing and conventional nursing,and the nursing effects were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of the high-quality nursing group[90.24%(37/41)]was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group[73.17%(30/41)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The satisfaction rate of the high-quality nursing group[95.12%(39/41)]was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group[78.05%(32/41)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The high-quality nursing group[14.63%(6/41)]the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group[29.27%(12/41)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The hospitalization time,the cardiovascular intervention cognitive score,and the interventional treatment coordination score in the high-quality nursing group were significantly better than those of the conventional nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing services in cardiovascular interventional therapy can improve the clinical efficacy and safety of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and promote patient recovery.
