青少年近视性屈光参差配戴角膜塑形镜矫正的效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Orthokeratologyin Correction in Adolescents with myopic Anisometropia

目的探讨青少年近视性屈光参差配戴角膜塑形镜矫正的效果。方法选取太仓市中医医院2017年6月至2019年8月收治的80例近视性屈光参差青少年作为本次的研究对象,依据随机分组法将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组通过佩戴框架眼镜矫正,研究组通过佩戴角膜塑形镜矫正,比较两组矫正前后各视力参数指标变化差异。结果治疗前,两组患者屈光度、角膜中央厚度、角膜曲率及裸眼视力的相关视力参数对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗1年后,研究组屈光度、角膜中央厚度、角膜曲率及裸眼视力的相关视力参数指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过佩戴角膜塑形镜矫正青少年近视性屈光参差问题,能够改善患者双眼视觉功能,治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of orthokeratologyin correction in adolescents with myopic anisometropia.Methods A total of 80 myopic anisometropia adolescents from June 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 cases each.The control group was corrected by wearing glasses and the study group was corrected by wearing orthokeratology.The changes of visual parameters were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the visual acuity parameters of dioptre,central corneal thickness,corneal curvature and naked vision between the two groups(P>0.05),after a year of treatmentthe,visual parameters of dioptre,central corneal thickness,corneal curvature and naked vision in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Correction of orthokeratologyin in adolescents with myopic anisometropia can improve binocular visual function and has a significant therapeutic effect.
