谷物气力输送的动能参数测量分析及工程优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善谷物气力输送能效低、容易产生较高谷粒破碎爆腰率的问题,需要实时监测和优化作业动能参数以控制作业状态,但已知方法很难在实际工程中经济、可靠地实现。为此,我们设计了一套谷物气力输送工程实验装置及相关测量控制方法,通过观察发现及实验数据分析,提出只需实时监测电流及料位两个参数便可实现最优产能的测量控制方案。同时,创新循环利用风机动能,优化后整机可节能10%~15%。为制造谷物气力输送设备产品提供了一种良好的实践参考。 In order to improve the energy efficiency of pneumatic conveying of grain,which is easy to produce the problem of high breaking and cracking rate of grain,it is necessary to monitor and optimize the real-time kinetic energy parameters to control the operation state.However,none of the known monitoring and optimizing methods for real-time kinetic energy parameters has been implemented economically and reliably in practical projects.For this reason,this paper designs a set of experimental equipment and related measurement control methods for grain pneumatic conveying engineering.Through observation and analysis of experimental data,it puts forward a measurement and control scheme that only requires real-time monitoring of the two parameters of current and material level to achieve the optimal production capacity.At the same time,the whole machine can save 10%~15%energy by innovatively recycling the power of the fan.It provides a good practical reference for manufacturing grain pneumatic conveying equipment.
