摘要
为探究带特殊混炼的不等距单螺杆实际工作情况,利用ANSYS对特殊单螺杆的流道运动状态进行模拟,分析豆粕在流道中的运动情况,重点对宏观压力场、流线场、速度矢量场进行讨论,并和传统单螺杆进行比较。通过比较可以看出,新型单螺杆的压力场更加分散,速度分布混乱。结果表明,由于特殊混炼和不等距螺纹的存在,新型单螺杆增加了豆粕在流道中的停留时间,提升了豆粕的混合效果。
To explore with special mixing of isometric single screw work,using ANSYS to simulate the motion of the duct flow in a special single screw,analyze the movement of soybean meal in the flow,focus on the macro pressure flow field velocity vector field is discussed,and a comparison between the traditional single screw.By comparison,it turns out that the pressure field of the new single screw is more dispersed and the velocity distribution is chaotic.The results show that because of the existence of special mixing and unequal spacing threads,new type of single screw to increase the residence time of soybean meal in the flow channel,improve the mixing effect of soybean meal.
