草果茎叶粉作为饲料添加剂对大鼠生长性能的影响

Effects of amomum tsao-ko stems and leaves as feed supplement on the growth performance in mice

为了解草果茎叶粉作为饲料添加剂对大鼠生长性能的影响,以无添加的鼠粮为对照,在3组鼠粮中分别添加3%、5%、7%的草果茎叶粉,进行为期35 d的试验,分别在7、14、21、28、35 d进行称重,并在最后一次称重后测定脏器系数,研究添加不同剂量的草果茎叶粉对大鼠生长性能的影响。结果表明,在鼠粮中添加3%的草果茎叶粉对大鼠具有较好的促生长作用。

To study the effects of amomum tsao-ko stems and leaves on growth performance of mice,three group were respectively supplemented 3%,5%and 7%of amomum tsao-ko stems and leaves.Blank group was as control and the test cycle was 35 d.All mice were weighed on 7th,14th,21st and 28th,35th,respectively,and different organ coefficient were determined at the end of the experiment.The results indicated that 3%of amomum tsao-ko stems and leaves could present the optimal effects on growth promotion.
