抗菌肽APSH-07与抗生素对常见致病菌的体外协同抗菌效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 抗菌肽APSH-07是通过高效定向诱导植物乳杆菌表达的一种具有抗菌活性的小肽类物质。试验旨在测定抗菌肽APSH-07对于常见致病菌的抑菌活性,以及与常见抗生素联用的抗菌效果。试验结果表明,APSH-07对常见致病菌有较强的抑菌活性,并且与阿莫西林、土霉素、硫酸庆大霉素、硫酸新霉素、盐酸强力霉素联用后有良好的抗菌效果。试验为APSH-07的实际应用提供了参考,体现了APSH-07作为抗生素替代品,成为新型饲料添加剂的较大潜力。 Antimicrobial peptide APSH-07 is a kind of small peptides with antibacterial activity,which can be efficiently and directionally induced by Lactobacillus plantarum.The aim of this study was to de⁃termine the antibacterial activity of antibacterial peptide APSH-07 against common pathogens and the antibacterial effect of APSH-07 combined with common antibiotics.The antimicrobial activity of APSH 07 and antibiotics alone and their combination were determined by micro-broth dilution method and chessboard test.The results showed that APSH 07 had strong antibacterial activity against common pathogenic bacteria,and had good antibacterial effect when combined with amoxicillin,oxytetracycline,gentamicin sulfate,neomycin sulfate and doxycycline hydrochloride.This experiment provided a refer⁃ence for the practical application of APSH-07,which reflected the great potential of APSH-07 to be a new feed additive as an antibiotic substitute.
