摘要
黄酮类化合物是植物光合细胞中普遍存在的具有多种生物活性的一类天然成分。近几年,由于无抗养殖兴起,黄酮类化合物已成为动物营养学讨论热点。文章主要介绍了黄酮类化合物影响水产动物生长、免疫、抗氧化及肠道健康等多方面功能,展望了它在水产动物应用上的前景,为在水产养殖中合理使用黄酮类化合物、改善机体健康、提高生产性能提供理论支撑。
Flavonoids compaunds on are natural components with a variety of biological activities,which are widely present in the photosynthetic cells of plants.In recent years,due to the rise of antibiotic-free aquaculture,flavonoids compounds have become a hot spot in animal nutrition research.The effects of flavonoids compaunds on the growth,immunity,an⁃ti-oxidation,intestinal health and other physiologi⁃cal functions of aquatic animals were mainly intro⁃duced,and its research prospects in aquatic ani⁃mals were look forward to.It provided theoretical supports for the rational use of flavonoids compounds in the production of aquatic animals,improving the health of the body,and improving production performance compaunds.
