基于云课堂的高职酒店英语人才培养模式探究与实践

Exploration and Practice of Higher Vocational College Hotel English Talent Cultivation Mode Based on Cloud Classroom

信息技术的发展改变着传统的教学模式,基于线上教学平台的云课堂正在被越来越多的学校应用和推广。关于云课堂的研究更多集中于概念和理论层次,而针对高职院校学生特点的线上线下酒店英语混合教学模式实践性研究却相对较少。因此,从课前预习、课中互动以及课后巩固三方面探究了基于云课堂的高职酒店英语教学设计和实践,以期为提高高职学生学习酒店英语兴趣、提升高职酒店英语教师教学技能、实现高职知行合一培养目标提供参考和借鉴。

The development of information technology is changing the traditional teaching modes,and cloud classrooms based on online teaching platforms are being applied and promoted by more and more schools.Previous researches on cloud classroom are more focused on the conceptual and theoretical level,while the practical research on the online and offline hotel English blended teaching mode aimed at the characteristics of higher vocational college students is relatively rare.The article explores the design and practice of higher vocational college hotel English teaching based on cloud classroom from three aspects—pre-class preview,in-class interaction and after-class consolidation,in order to improve vocational college students’interest in learning hotel English,improve the teaching skills of higher vocational college hotel English teachers and provide references for realizing the integration of knowledge and practice in higher vocational education.
