摘要
间位结肠综合征临床表现复杂,误诊率高。本文介绍我院收治的1例合并顽固性高血压、肾衰竭的间位结肠综合征患者的诊疗经过,中药灌肠疗效确切。
The clinical manifestations of Chilaiditi’s syndrome are diverse,and the misdiagnosis rate is high.This article introduced a case of Chilaiditi’s syndrome with refractory hypertension and renal failure in our hospital.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema is definite.
