智慧城市背景下国外公共图书馆发展现状研究--以新加坡、澳大利亚、加拿大三国为例

Research on the Development Status of Foreign Public Libraries under the Background of "Smart City"——Taking Singapore,Australia and Canada as Examples

本文从智慧城市促进公共图书馆智慧化发展的视角,探析了智慧城市背景下基于四螺旋协同共建模式的公共图书馆发展与转型,梳理分析了新加坡、澳大利亚、加拿大三个国家中被纳入智慧城市战略中的公共图书馆发展现状,在此基础上针对性地提出了公共图书馆促进城市可持续智慧发展的建议。智慧城市作为未来城市的新形态,将成为城市转型发展和可持续发展的新理念和新实践。公共图书馆在新技术、新理念的城市改革进程中需要走向新形态,承担起新的社会责任,为推动城市可持续智慧发展创造新价值新作为。

From the perspective of"smart city"promoting the"smart"development of public libraries the de-velopment and transformation of public libraries based on the four-helix synergetic model under the background of"smart city"are explored and analyzed.The development status of public libraries included in the strategy of"smart city"in Singapore Australia and Canada is sorted out and analyzed based on which the specific sugges-tions about public libraries promoting the sustainable smart development of cities are put forward.As a new form of cities in the future smart cities will become a new concept and practice for urban transformation and sustain-able development.In the process of urban reform with new technologies and new concepts public libraries need to move towards a new form and they are supposed to assume new social responsibilities create new values and actions for the promotion of sustainable and smart development of cities.
