摘要 肺是呼吸系统的重要组成部分,由以气管为主的实质以及其周围的间质组成。研究表明,肺的成熟具有性别差异,通常男性胎儿的肺比女性胎儿更晚成熟,这主要与雄激素的调节有关。此外,临床数据表明,一些肺部相关疾病也受雄激素的重要影响。目前,雄激素对肺部发育的研究逐渐增多,本文主要综述了雄激素对气管、末端肺泡发育以及肺部免疫3个方面的影响,以期为相关研究提供帮助。 The lungs are an important part of the respiratory system,consisting of the trachea-based parenchyma and the surrounding mesenchyme.Studies have shown that gender differences exist in lung de-velopment.Lungs mature later in male fetuses than in female fetuses,and this is thought to be attributed to the difference in androgen production between genders.In addition,clinical data indicate that androgens also lead to some lung-related diseases.Herein,the effects of androgens on trachea,terminal alveoli and lung im-munity are summarized in order to benefit the future related research.
