摘要
为更好的保障综采放顶煤采煤工作的安全高效进行,基于放顶煤采煤工艺的流程与特点,结合晋能控股煤业集团某矿工作面概况,分析了放顶煤开采作业中常见煤壁片帮、漏顶,支架倒架,瓦斯涌出量高,采出率低以及含矸率高等问题,并针对这些问题提出了一系列具体解决措施,通过综合应用这些措施,有助于进一步提高煤炭资源回收率,降低含矸率,可为复杂地质条件下的综采放顶煤开采工作提供参考。
In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining,based on the technological process and characteristics of top-coal caving mining technology,combined with the general situation of a working face of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group,the common problems of coal wall spalling,roof leakage,support falling,high gas emission,low recovery rate and high gangue content in top-coal caving mining were analyzed,and a series of specific solutions were put forward to these problems,which could further improve coal resources by comprehensive application of these measures.
