At present,the application of pressure vessels is very common and occupies a large market space.Pressure vessels are often used in production reaction,dispersion,stirring,distillation and extraction facilities,etc.The manufacturing quality of equipment is particularly important for the whole production process of pressure vessels,especially in many large-scale production equipment.Generally speaking,the production of pressure vessels is carried out through several links,including manufacture and installation.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the product quality of pressure vessels,pay attention to links and take control measures to improve the quality of such products.This paper first analyzes the composition and characteristics of pressure vessels,and then puts forward the common problems in the manufacturing process.
