摘要
应用快速溶剂萃取仪提取土壤中16种多环芳烃,提取液经过浓缩、净化、定容后经气相色谱仪分离,质谱仪检测。实验以丙酮:正己烷(1:1)为提取溶液,优化萃取和浓缩条件后,方法检出限为2.0~6.4ng/g,加标回收率为75.6%~101.7%。精密度为1.1%~8.0%,方法检出限较低,加标回收率和精密度良好,同时效率高,适用于土壤样品中多环芳烃的检测分析。
16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil were extracted by rapid solvent extraction instrument.After concentration,purification and constant volume,the extracts were separated by gas chromatograph and detected by mass spectrometer.In the experiment,acetone:n-hexane(1:1)was used as the extraction solution,and the extraction and concentration conditions were optimized.The detection limit was 2.0~6.4ng/g,and the recovery rate was 75.6%~101.7%.The precision is 1.1%~8.0%.The method has low detection limit,good recovery rate and precision,and high efficiency.It is suitable for the detection and analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil samples.
