摘要
为解决煤矿通风安全监测系统现存的自动化水平低,监测效率低等问题,以霍州煤电集团某矿通风监测系统工作现状为背景,分析了通风安全监测系统应监测的主要参数,并基于PLC技术设计了通风安全监测系统的硬件部分与软件部分,实际应用结果表明,该通风安全监测系统后,矿井总配风量,采煤工作面,掘进工作面风速都有所增加,取得了较好的应用效果。
In order to solve the problems of low automation level and low monitoring efficiency in ventilation safety monitoring system in coal mine,based on the working status of ventilation monitoring system in a mine of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group,this paper analyzes the main parameters of ventilation safety monitoring system,and designs the hardware and software of ventilation safety monitoring system based on PLC technology.The practical application results show that,after the ventilation safety monitoring system,the total air distribution in the mine,the wind speed in the coal mining face and the heading face should be increased,and good application results have been achieved.
