摘要
血氧水平依赖磁共振成像是无创性评价肾内氧代谢功能技术。随着肾脏血氧水平依赖磁共振成像临床研究的持续发展,能监测慢性肾脏病、急性肾损伤、肾小球疾病、肾移植、肾血管疾病以及肾脏肿瘤等多种肾脏疾病的氧合水平变化。笔者综述了关于肾脏血氧水平依赖磁共振成像的基本原理与临床进展。
Kidney blood oxygen level dependent magnetic resonance imaging(BOLD-MRI)can evaluate renal oxygen metabolism non-invasive.The clinical research of kidney BOLD-MRI is increasing,mainly including the changes of oxygenation level in chronic kidney disease,acute kidney injury,glomerular disease,kidney transplantation,renal vascular disease and renal tumor.Here,the research progress of kidney BOLD-MRI was reviewed.
