补肾化瘀汤结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征(肾虚血瘀型)的临床疗效及安全性观察

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Bushen Huayu Decoction Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome(Kidney-Deficiency and Blood Stasis Pattern)

目的:探究补肾化瘀汤结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征(肾虚血瘀型)的临床疗效,并观察其安全性。方法:选择符合纳入标准的围绝经期综合征(肾虚血瘀型)患者101例,采用随机数字表将其分成对照组和观察组,对照组51例采用西医常规治疗,观察组50例在对照组的基础上采用补肾化瘀汤结合穴位埋线治疗,共治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后围绝经期症状(Kupperman)评分、中医症状积分、激素水平变化,以及临床疗效、症状缓解时间、症状消失时间和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者Kupperman评分、中医症状积分、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)激素水平比较,没有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者Kupperman评分、中医症状积分、P、E_(2)、LH、FSH等指标均改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者症状缓解时间及症状消失时间更短(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:补肾化瘀汤结合穴位埋线治疗围绝经期综合征(肾虚血瘀型)临床疗效显著,能显著改善患者症状,降低激素水平,患者恢复快,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Huayu Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(Kidney-deficiency and blood stasis pattern).Methods:A total of 101 patients with perimenopausal syndrome(Kidney-deficiency and blood stasis pattern)were randomly divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional western medication;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Bushen Huayu Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The treatment duration was four weeks.The scores of Kupperman(perimenopausal symptom scores)and TCM symptoms,the levels of hormones,clinical efficacy,symptoms remission time,symptoms disappearance time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the scores of Kupperman and TCM symptoms,progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);which were significantly improved after the treatment in the two group,and the improvements were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The time of symptoms remission and symptoms disappearance was earlier in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Bushen Huayu Decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome(Kidney-deficiency and blood stasis pattern),it can significantly improve the symptoms and reduce hormones of the patients,which is a safe and reliable therapy to make the patients recover quickly.
