基于头针对脑重塑调控机制探索脑瘫治疗的研究概述

An Overview of Treatments for Cerebral Palsy Based on Regulatory Mechanism of Scalp Acupuncture in Brain Remodeling

脑瘫属于围生期前后的一种非进行性的脑损伤综合征,和脑组织缺血、缺氧等有直接关系。现代研究表明头针方法可以起到提高损伤脑组织血供,促进侧支循环的建立;调控神经递质代谢,促进神经元修复和再生;抑制胶质纤维酸性蛋白表达,促轴突再生等作用。本文从头针调控脑重塑的作用机制、头针治疗脑瘫机理研究、头针治疗脑瘫的临床应用三个方面进行研究概述,发现头针针刺可以通过神经元保护、微血管再生、细胞代谢调节等机制发挥作用,激活脑神经重塑,头针针刺方法对脑瘫的治疗有优异疗效,可供临床大面积推广应用。

Cerebral palsy is a kind of non-progressive brain injury syndrome before and after perinatal period,which is directly related to cerebral ischemia and hypoxia.Modern studies have shown that scalp acupuncture can improve blood supply of injured brain tissues and promote establishment of collateral circulation.It can regulate metabolism of neurotransmitters,promote neuronal repair and regeneration,as well as inhibit expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein and promote axon regeneration.This study summarized the mechanism of brain remodeling regulated by scalp acupuncture,the mechanism of scalp acupuncture in treating cerebral palsy and the clinical application of scalp acupuncture for cerebral palsy.The study has found that scalp acupuncture can play the role through neuronal protection,microvascular regeneration,cell metabolism regulation and other mechanisms to activate brain nerve remodeling.Scalp acupuncture has an excellent effect on cerebral palsy,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
